I had over worked myself one morning during back squats and had injured my lower back. I came in to see Dr. Staples and he put me on a road to recovery. Not only did he tell me how the injury happened, but showed me hot to prevent it from happening in the future. I now go to North Green on a monthly basis just to make sure I stay in alignment.
